Validus provides music publishing, catalog management, sync licensing, royalty recovery, and related services. All services are subject to evaluation, approval, and formal agreement where applicable.
Eligibility

User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for ensuring all submitted content, including music and metadata, is lawful and properly authorized.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to do so.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, including infringement, fraud, or unauthorized exploitation of intellectual property.
Fees and Payments
Certain services may be subject to fees as outlined in separate agreements. Payment terms will be governed by those agreements.

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Validus does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Validus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validus from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Termination
Validus reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at its discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Modifications
Validus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
